REFUND POLICY

At Fashion by Radhya, we only offer returns and REFUND POLICY for damaged items. Please read our policy carefully:

Eligibility for Return:

    •  Returns are accepted only for sarees that are damaged upon delivery.
    •  Customers must provide a complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the damage clearly visible.
    •  The video should be continuous, without any cuts or edits.

Return Process:

    • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, sharing the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.
    • Once we verify the damage through the video, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process:

    • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

Important Notes:

    • No return or refund will be processed without an unboxing video.
    • Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, or color preferences.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
